Plain-language summary of what happens with the details you share. This is a demo academic project, but we've written it the way a real site should.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect only what the form asks for:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone / WhatsApp number (optional)
- Your shoot type
- Your preferred date
- The package you chose
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your booking request with a shoot plan and quote. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.
Where it's stored
Booking requests are stored in our own booking system — a private database on the server that runs this site. Only our team can sign in to it, and it is used purely to manage enquiries. If you have given us an email address, we may also email you a copy of your request.
Analytics cookies
We use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which packages get the most interest):
- Our own visitor counter. When you accept cookies, we store a single random, anonymous ID in a cookie so we can count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. It holds no personal data — just a random number, the page you viewed, and a general device/browser type (e.g. "Mobile / Chrome"). We never store your name, IP address or exact location.
- Google Analytics 4. Helps us see overall traffic trends.
Both only run after you accept them in the cookie banner — until then nothing is set and analytics storage stays denied under Google Consent Mode. You can change your choice any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
How to ask for deletion
Want us to delete the details you sent? Email mvcreativeconnect@gmail.com and we'll remove them.
